	Mike Patrick is once again one of the authors in Eric Chesteršs newest book in the "Teen Power" series of strategies, advice & ideas for all students entitled "Go M.A.D." which is available through Patrick Communications. The title of Mike's chapter is "Small Deeds and a Few Words Can Be Huge!"

	Mike was the subject of the cover story in the November-December 1999 issue of "MINNESOTA," the University of Minnesota Alumni Association's bi-monthly magazine. He's pictured with eight middle school students.

	Mike Patrick is one of sixteen authors in Eric Chester's new book of strategies, advice & ideas for student leaders entitled "Lead NOW or Step Aside!" which is available through Patrick Communications. The title of Mike's chapter is "Overcoming Adversity — Don't Ever Let Anyone Tell You, 'You Can't!'"

	Mike Patrick is one of the authors selected for Eric Chester of ChesPress in Denver's third book of advice for young people entitled "PreTeen Power," which is available now through Patrick Communications. The title of Mike's chapter is "The Domino Theory" and addresses the issue of asking the right questions.

	Mike was also the subject of the feature article in the July, 1997 issue of "Paraplegia News" a national, monthly periodical focusing on issues relating to people with disabilities and particularly spinal cord injured persons.

	Mike Patrick has launched an internet web site called www.DirectAbility.com to provide an easy-to-use directory of Minnesota businesses, organizations and resources that are of particular interest to people with disabilities. MN Online named "DirectAbility" "The Best Health Web Site of the Year" for 1998. It is constantly growing in size and number of visitors.
